The muni market is the one segment of the market that held relatively firm during the past several weeks. Higher absolute yields have made munis an attractive long-term hold asset class, which has supported market technicals throughout the bouts of market volatility we have seen thus far in 2023.  We expect that relative market strength to continue heading into year end.
